The New Home Company and Apollo announce the completion of the acquisition of The New Home Company by funds managed by Apollo subsidiaries. The owners of approximately 30% of The New Home Co. The common stock has agreed to offer its shares to Apollo pursuant to the tender offer pursuant to the terms of a support agreement.
